If you are not completely satisfied, you may return for a replacement or refund. No return will be accepted without an authorization number. You must contact Customer Service within 30 days to receive an authorization number and to initiate the process. If the return is due to an error on our part we will reimburse for return shipping (UPS ground only). In any other case, you are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend that you insure your shipment, as we will not reimburse for product that we do not receive. Returned material must be received with all of its original parts in order to qualify for a refund. |
